TERMS AND CONDITIONS SAUNA ROOM
Terms and conditions for renting a sauna from Naa Sauna.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the agreement between the customer (“Customer”) and Naa Sauna (“Landlord”) regarding the rental of a sauna. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Customer agrees to comply with and respect them in their entirety.
1. Reservation and Payment:
1.1 The customer must make a reservation in advance to ensure the availability of the sauna on the desired date and time. This is done through gibbs.no.
1.2 Payment for the rental can be made using Vipps, Visa or Mastercard in accordance with the agreed price and payment terms upon reservation.
2. Use of the Sauna:
2.1 The sauna must be used in a responsible manner. The customer must follow the instructions given by the landlord regarding use and safety. Swimwear is mandatory!
2.2 The number of guests allowed in the sauna shall not exceed that agreed upon at the time of reservation.
2.3 The customer must respect the times agreed for use of the sauna. Late arrival will result in loss of time in the sauna. The time booked also includes changeover time.
3. Security:
3.1 The customer must be aware that using a sauna involves high heat. People with heart problems, high blood pressure, or other health concerns should consult a doctor before use. Not recommended for pregnant women to use a sauna.
3.2 Fire safety regulations must be followed at all times. Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited in and around the sauna.
3.3 Use of the sauna and swimming is at your own risk.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance:
4.1 The Customer must leave the sauna in the same condition as it was found. Any damage or disorder caused by the Customer may result in additional costs.
4.2 The Lessor is responsible for regular maintenance of the sauna, but the Customer is encouraged to report any problems immediately.
5. Cancellation and Change of Time:
5.1 Cancellations are eligible for a refund before 48 hours, but the Customer has the option to change the time of the rental, depending on availability. Please contact us on tel. +47 47641312 or e-mail: [email protected]
6. Disclaimer:
6.1 The Lessor does not assume liability for personal injury, property damage or loss resulting from the Customer's use of the sauna.
6.2 The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the sauna and waives any claims against the Lessor.
By confirming the reservation and/or using the sauna, the Customer accepts these terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
Packing list
When visiting the Sauna you must bring 2 beach towels, swimwear and a water bottle. We do not serve food in the sauna. Jewelry can sting the skin in the sauna, so we advise you to leave such items in the wardrobe.
Snacks?
It's easy to get hungry after swimming, so feel free to bring a small snack with you. But eat your food outside the sauna. For hygiene reasons, food is not allowed inside the sauna. Use the trash cans by the parking lot for any waste.
Age limit?
We have no age limit, but children must be accompanied by an adult. All swimming and use of the sauna is at your own risk.
Upon arrival
Upon arrival, guests arriving by car park in designated parking spaces.
Facilities
Naa Sauna has a simple cloakroom. Here you can change into swimwear and leave belongings you do not want to bring into the sauna. Toilets can be found on the ground floor of the Spar store, approx. 20 meters from the Sauna.
You will find an outdoor shower adjacent to the sauna where you can fill your water bottle and take a refreshing shower.
The sauna
The sauna itself is located on the quayside with a fantastic view into the fjord. The sauna is a Canadian model with a Finnish sauna heater from the brand Harvia. We would like to encourage you to try a refreshing bath in the fjord together with the sauna for a revitalizing experience, but this is completely optional! The sauna has a max. capacity of 9 people.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel before 48 hours, you will receive a full refund (minus an administration fee of 200,- NOK). No refunds if cancelled less than 48 hours before. If you wish to change the time, we will arrange it without a problem.
